The company’s facilities and premises are frequently upgraded. Staff members are trained and equipped with the knowledge of the latest international food manufacturing standards.

 

Bidor Kwong Heng products are manufactured in a highly automated plant which includes a closed, controlled and automated sauce production system with stringent hazard and quality control points. Lines are equipped with metal detectors to screen out unwanted metal particles as well as multiple stage filtrations systems to detect and remove foreign particles.

All sauces and condiments manufactured by Bidor Kwong Heng are Halal and compliant to the strictest food safety standards recognised globally. Only ingredients of premium quality are used in our products, such as Non-GMO, Non-Irradiated, and Non-Adulterated ingredients. Each ingredient purchased goes through a strict quality approval process with rigorous testing, and food fraud vulnerability assessment and material traceability are part of the supply chain management.
