Our Code of Conduct sets out general principles on the way our people should conduct themselves at all times, how they should serve our customers and how they should work with our suppliers.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

Bidor Kwong Heng Sdn Bhd, a member of Heritage Foods Group aim to drive awareness on our Zero Tolerance of bribery and corruption towards any activities or gesture on accepting and giving of bribe as a reward or inducement for a person to do anything in relation to his official duties. We always conduct ourselves and our business with high ethical standard and in compliance with the applies law in the operating countries.

In support of this stand, Bidor Kwong Heng (Heritage Foods Group) has outlined the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy which set out the general guiding principles that applies to all the employees and external parties who we are dealing with. We also expect that all third parties dealing with the Company to apply the highest ethical standards in their business relationships as well as they have an appropriate anti-corruption policy in place.

Whistleblower Policy

At Bidor Kwong Heng, we support those who in good faith report genuine concern on potential or actual breaches of the Company’s Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy and Code of Conduct & Business Ethics and any possible improprieties in any matters related to the Group. Our Whistleblower Policy layout guidelines and ensure all concerns reported are handled confidentially.
