
Spicy Bean Paste Steamed Fish
Ingredient
- 200 g Fish fillet
- Sliced spring onions
- 4 pcs Sliced ginger
- 10 g Minced ginger
- 5 pcs shallots, minced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pcs red chillies, minced
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Angel Bean Paste (Minced)
- 1 tbsp Angel Plum Sauce
- 1 tbsp Angel Light Soy Sauce (Selected)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp White pepper
Garnish
- Corianders
- Shredded chillies
- Combine all sauce ingredients. Mix well.
- Preheat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in minced ginger, shallots, garlic and red chillies. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add in mixed bean paste sauce. Sauté for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Arrange sliced spring onions and ginger on heatproof dish. Place fish fillet on top. Spoon bean paste sauce over fish. Steam for 8-9 minutes.
- Garnish and serve hot.
