The Laughing Dish
Ingredients
- 400 gm big prawns
- 1 loaf baguette
- 50 gm alfalfa sprouts
- 50 gm meat floss
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Angel Light Soy Sauce (Selected)
- ½ tsp Angel Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pepper to taste
- Wash and clean prawns, drain and leave aside.
- Cut baguette into pieces 1½″ thick and scoop out the centre part.
- Fill the centre part with a bunch of alfalfa sprouts.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add in prawns and pan fry until cooked.
- Mix seasoning and pour into prawns, stir fry well.
- Arrange prawns on baguette, sprinkle top with meat floss and serve.
